By accessing or using Skema3D (www.skema3d.com and associated applications), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Service Description

Skema3D is an AI-powered fashion design platform. The service allows users to generate garment designs, flat sketches, tech packs, AI photoshoots, and related production documentation from text prompts and uploaded reference images.

The platform uses artificial intelligence models to generate content. Output quality depends on input quality, and AI-generated results may require human review and refinement before production use.

3. User Accounts

To use Skema3D, you must create an account through our authentication provider. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Access to certain features may require approval or a paid subscription. We reserve the right to approve, deny, or revoke access at our discretion.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Skema3D. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Intellectual Property

Your content: You retain ownership of any original content you upload to Skema3D, including sketches, reference images, and design briefs. You grant Skema3D a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and display your content solely to provide the service to you.

AI-generated output: Designs, flat sketches, tech packs, and other content generated by the AI based on your prompts are yours to use for commercial and personal purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of generated content does not infringe on any third-party rights.

Our platform: The Skema3D platform, including its software, interface, branding, and underlying AI models, remains the property of Skema3D. These terms do not grant you any rights to our platform technology beyond the right to use the service as intended.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content generated by Skema3D is produced by artificial intelligence and should be treated as a starting point, not final production-ready output without review. AI-generated designs, measurements, specifications, and costing are approximations and may contain errors.

You are responsible for reviewing, validating, and adjusting all AI-generated output before using it for manufacturing, production, or any commercial purpose. Skema3D does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated content.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to generate content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of third parties
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, extract, or replicate our AI models or underlying technology
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform
• Share your account credentials with others or allow unauthorized access
• Use the service to generate content that is deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure

7. Payment Terms

Certain features of Skema3D require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing cycles, and payment terms will be presented at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.

We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.

8. Limitation of Liability

Skema3D is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skema3D and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data, arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Skema3D in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using Skema3D at any time by closing your account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, or for any reason with reasonable notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases. We may retain your data for a reasonable period as described in our Privacy Policy. You may request data export or deletion before closing your account.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Skema3D and its team from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Skema3D will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms at any time by posting the updated version on this page. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email.
